4. Shipping & Delivery

We ship within the United States. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier delays. Ona LLC is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances outside our control.

5. Returns & Refunds

Items are eligible for return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of receiving the return. Final sale items are not eligible for return.
