Healthcare is serious work, but that doesn’t mean we can’t have fun along the way.

Some of the best moments in medicine come from the conversations shared with patients, coworkers, and friends during long shifts. Whether it’s a laugh at the nurses’ station, a memorable patient story, or encouragement from a teammate, are what make healthcare such a special profession.

After spending countless hours in hospitals and clinics as a medical student and previous patient care technician, I found myself searching for the perfect long-sleeve that was comfortable. It had to be both practical for busy shifts, and reflective of the community that make healthcare unique. The options available either bunched under scrub tops, felt too warm during long days boosting patients, and simply weren’t fun.

So we set out to create one.
