After spending countless hours on the floor during rotations as a medical student and previous patient care technician, I found myself searching for the perfect long-sleeve that was comfortable. It had to be both practical for busy shifts, and reflective of the community it was made for. The options available either bunched under scrub tops, felt too warm during long shifts, and simply weren’t fun.

So we set out to create one.
