Order Statuses

- Pending Payment — order received but payment not yet initiated
- Processing — payment received, order is being fulfilled
- On Hold — awaiting payment confirmation (e.g. bank transfer)
- Completed — order fulfilled and complete
- Cancelled — cancelled by admin or customer
- Refunded — order has been refunded
- Failed — payment failed or was declined
- Trash — order has been trashed/deleted
Warranty
Ona guarantees their products to be free of manufacturing defects and will accept defective items for a refund, within 30 days of purchase.
Shipping
We ship to all 50 US States.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Address Changes Need to update your shipping address? Contact us within 24 hours of placing your order and we’ll do our best to accommodate changes before it ships.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or goes missing, please reach out to us at support@onaunderscrubs.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we’ll make it right.
